ToastMasters Malta currently has one club operating in our area.
This club is the First Toastmasters Club of Malta.
A Toastmasters Club is run by the members and the committee members rotate on a periodic basis so everyone has the opportunity to be involved.
The current committee members are:-

Steve joined Toastmasters in London August 2007, he wanted to meet likeminded people and felt that the skills learned would help him in his professional life as a Fire Safety Consultant and trainer.
Steve has sincerelocated to Malta and in 2010 he started ‘The First Toastmasters Club of Malta’ and was voted Club President for its inaugural year.
President – Yasmeen Ariff
Yasmeen Ariff is a knitter. She loves pulling threads together: bringing people, expertise, and ideas to create something is what she has found most meaningful in her career. And that is a skill that she wants to develop further in her public speaking. To be able to pick up stray strands of a thought here, an idea there and knit it into a moment, an idea and an insight she can share.

Jonathan is a qualified accountant who works as a consultant specializing in management consultancy, company restructuring, training & development within his consultancy firm and he also is a co-owner of Malta’s only LED solution manufacturing company.
Jonathan is not new to public speaking, his first debut was at the age of one year 3 months where in front of an audience of 15 people he said his first words. He has not stopped since. Today he does a lot of presentations to promote his work and companies to public and private audiences, and toastmasters is slowly becoming instrumental in giving him the tools necessary to be a more confident public speaker.
